What does Kayan automate?
Two kinds of work. Event-driven: every order, purchase, payment, pay run and stock movement posts its own double-entry journal and pushes stock to your connected channels as it happens. Scheduled: about thirty background jobs run on their own cadence — low-stock sweeps, invoice-due and overdue-receivable reminders, MRP and demand-forecast recomputes, fixed-asset depreciation, loan interest accrual, attendance close, Amazon PO polling, Shopify stock reconciliation and payment settlement matching among them.
Can I control which alerts fire?
Yes. Every notification has an organization-wide default you can switch off, and people can override most of them on their own profile. Alerts reach you by in-app bell, email, and push on the mobile apps.
