Kayan Sync requires an active Kayan ERP account — a separate product by Founders Bridge. You sign in with your Kayan ERP credentials to connect your store and sync orders and inventory. The Kayan ERP subscription is billed separately and is not part of your Shopify bill. You can create an account at kayan.foundersbridge.org.
